How do I pay for my items?
Please fill out the shopping cart information page so we may properly fill your order. Once submitted you will be sent a receipt of your purchase and a Paypal invoice. Once the Paypal invoice has been paid, then the products will be shipped.


What shipping rates do you offer?

INTERNATIONAL
At the current moment we are shipping international orders via Canada Post and taking orders based on individual customer delivery locations required. This means depending where you live a specific rate or the lowest rate will be quoted to you via e-mail through our customer service dept. International shipments are not given a tracking number and take several weeks to deliver.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. All Paprika Press packages are shipped with a tracking number (except for International orders) and a "returns/exchange form" should any problems arise. You can track your package by simply going to the Canada post website or UPS website respectively.

I made a mistake on my order?
Fill out the form (that came with your order) and we will do our best to correct your order, but cannot guarantee as shipments are placed quickly or product pricing/stock may not be available at that time.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs/fee's. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from foreign countries. Please do not ask to ship your package as a gift! We can't do that!

Why did I get charged taxes?
Because in Canada we have taxes! Provincial & Federal!

American Apparel are the softest, smoothest, best looking t-shirts on the market today! They are made off 100% fine jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort. They do shrink after washing, so order one size up or don't put them in the dryer.

All of our t-shirts are screen printed in advanced and put into inventory. Unlike other t-shirt sites out in the big world, we are a small family run company and do not print on demand or use that type of technology. We use good old fashioned screen printing which provides better and longer lasting image quality.

Who designs Paprika Press t-shirts?
A proud first generation Canadian-Hungarian guy with a love for Hungarian design, art and culture but an even biggerdesire to mesh Hungarian folk with all things uber kool! Oh and all his much more kooler family, friends and folk dance buddies around him. After much gulyas, palinka and dancing, we take the best ideas… if we can remember them and give them to our graphic design artists and the rest is paprika press!

Washing instructions?
All of Paprika Press clothing is printed on American Apparel's 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after a normal wash. Please wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

Can I submit my own design ideas?
Why yes you can! Just send your design along with some info about yourself to ideas@paprika-press.com. If your idea is accepted we send you $50.00 and a free t-shirt! You don't have to be an artist, just have a good concept and we'll do the rest.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Paprika Press product you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Simply pack the order and return it back to the following address:
